Barrenjoey places great importance on fostering a culture that encourages our employees and our external partners to speak up about issues or conduct that concerns them.
While we ask that you first raise any concerns with your Barrenjoey contact, your Manager, Legal & Compliance or People & Culture, we recognise that you may not always feel comfortable discussing certain matters with them.
Please note that you may submit a disclosure anonymously. However, please be aware that anonymous disclosures may limit our ability to respond to the information that you provide.
All concerns raised will be dealt with confidentially, quickly and fairly.
